Return Policy

If the product you received isn’t the one you chose or if there’s a manufacturing fault, we’ll exchange it for you. We really want you to love what you get and not be "Stuck" with it. However, please make sure that the piece is returned to us in the condition you received it in. We will appreciate that you don’t send it to us if you wash it or use it a couple of times, because we won’t be able to refund you in that case.

For all items we accept returns up to 15 days from the date of invoice. Exceptions are given below:

  • Seals should be intact for all sealed items
  • Item should not be used at all and the original invoice, tags etc should be preserved

If the goods are returned because of any product damage or wrong product was shipped, we’ll require you to courier the product to us; on receipt we’ll replace the product and will bear the cost of return shipment by crediting your account with same amount.

  • Preserve original packing and the item in its sealed form with all accessories, tags, boxes, bags, stickers, papers and original Invoice

  • Please use reliable courier service that offers tracking of the shipment, as the refund can be processed only once the item is received in as is condition
  • Upon receipt the items will be checked for quality at our fulfilment centres. Precious Jewellery is recertified for purity and weight by third party agencies.
  • Refund is approved or rejected on basis of quality checks. Customer Support team will intimate you on the status and the refund amount.
  • In case of Electronic transactions, the refund amount will be credited to the same mode used for making the payment within 10 days.
  • In case of rejected refund claims, the item will be shipped back to the customer
